Chen Chia-Hwa (simplified Chinese: 陈嘉桦; traditional Chinese: 陳嘉樺; pinyin: Chén Jiāhuà), mononymouly credited as Ella, is the oldest member of Taiwanese girl group S.H.E. Her name 'Ella', which means courage, was given after the personality test given by HIM Management Co.

Ella has her own Solo Album titled I Am(我是). She has two duets songs: Understand Me Before Loving Me Again(動我在愛我) with Tank, and You Are Written in My Song(你被寫我的歌理) with Soda Green. She also released 2 solo songs called Doggy and Don't(别).

Hebe Tian 田馥甄 "The Girl Who Loves To Sing"

Tian Fu-Chen (Chinese: 田馥甄; pinyin: Tián Fùzhēn), more commonly known as Hebe, was born on 30 March 1983 in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese singer, actress, TV program hostess, and most notably a member of Taiwanese Mandopop girl group S.H.E. She is the second child in her family. After living in Hsinchu for eighteen years, Hebe moved to Taipei after she was signed as a singer. She finished high school but did not attend college. On 8 August 2000, HIM International Music held a "Universal 2000 Talent and Beauty Girl Contest" in search of new artists to be signed onto their label. The staff of the TV show "Cruel Stage" encouraged Tien to participate in this televised competition. The contest had about 1,000 contestants, and after several rounds of competition, seven contestants remained for the final round. In the first round, Tien's voice began to crack while singing Return Home. As a result, she decided to sing in a lower key in the final round, choosing Singaporean singer Kit Chan's Loving You (喜歡你, Xi Huan Ni). However, because she was unfamiliar with the song, about ten seconds of the final lyrics went unsung. Following the competition, the Taiwanese record company gave all seven contestants an audition. The show's manager appreciated her straightforward personality and powerful vocals. As a result, Hebe was invited to become a member of S.H.E, with Selina Jen and Ella Chen, and was signed under the Taiwanese record label HIM International Music.

Hebe has released two solo albums in 2011 and 2012, To Hebe and My Love. Some of Hebe's solo songs include: Too Much, Ferris Wheel(摩天輪), Someone Else Love's You(提我愛你), and Too Late(來不及). Hebe also came out with a duet with boy band Fahrenheit singing in Only Have Feelings For You(只對你有感覺) which became such a famous song, it was named Best Duet Song in Taiwan. She has also starred in one of Jay Chou's(周杰倫) music videos, Retreat(退後).

Selina Ren任家萱 "Princess Selina"

Selina Ren (任家萱) is a Taiwanese singer, actress, hostess and member of girl group S.H.E. In October 2010, she was involved in an explosion on the set of the filming for the drama "I Have a Date With Spring" along with actor Yu Haoming. Suffering third degree burns on over half her body, she had to be hospitalized. In January 2011, she was able to leave the hospital. In December 2011, Selina released her solo mini-album, Chong Zuo Yi Ge Meng. She is the daughter of actor and singer Ren Minting and older sister of actress Kirsten Ren. On October 21, 2011, she got married to lawyer Richard Chang.

Selina has released two duet songs in the past. Solo Love Song(獨唱情歌) with Tank, and You Are The Song Of My Heart (你是我心理的一首歌) with Lee Hom Wang. She also has two solo songs: Forgot To Forget You(忘記把你忘記) and Guan Bu Zhao(管不找). She has also released a solo album after coming home from the hospital. Her album was titled, Dream A New Dream(重作一個夢).
